In delivery
Connected commerce and operations
Ayoni Beauty Store
A beauty retailer selling from one online shop and four counters, backed by the same live inventory and operational system.

The Challenge
A Delivery Shaped Around the Whole System.
Make the online shop reflect the stock actually available across the business, while giving shoppers a simpler path to the products they need and the operating team a system that does not require duplicate updates.
What We Delivered
Cuesoft delivered the commerce stack end to end: Storefront for the customer journey, Cueprise for business operations and infrastructure that keeps both surfaces connected to the same stock record.
Delivery Status
In Delivery: Agentic Checkout
The commerce and live-stock foundation is active. The natural-language shopping and basket-resolution capability is in delivery and is presented here as an upcoming operational feature, not as a completed production claim.
Product and Interface Design
Experience Design Is Part of the Delivery.
A Storefront Designed for Product Discovery
Cuesoft designed the customer journey around the way shoppers actually browse: catalogue, brands, categories, product pages, accounts, wishlists and one-tap reorders. Delivery and pickup choices are part of the shopping path, with state and LGA selection kept close to checkout.
Live Availability Shapes the Interface
The storefront presents products from the same availability model used by the counters. That changes the design decision: the interface can guide a shopper through a product choice only when the operational system says it is available to fulfil.
Agentic Shopping With Visible Matches
The in-delivery agentic experience is designed to turn a plain-language request into a proposed basket, then show the product matches behind that decision. The interface is intentionally accountable: shoppers can inspect, change or reject the proposed items instead of receiving a black-box recommendation.
System Architecture
The Technical Foundation.
One Stock Truth Across Shop and Counters
The storefront reads the business inventory rather than maintaining a second online count. Catalogue, brands, categories, availability and the customer order path are connected to the operational system, preventing a customer from buying stock that is no longer on the shelf.
An Isolated Commerce Deployment
Ayoni has its own Cueprise deployment and data boundary. Cuesoft reuses the product architecture and delivery tooling, not another client’s records or database, so the business gets a purpose-built system without starting every operational capability from zero.
Cloud Services for the Customer and Operations Surfaces
The deployment combines a customer-facing storefront with a Cueprise service on Google Cloud. That allows the web experience and operational system to evolve independently while still working from one commerce model.
Engineering Work
Details That Make the Difference.
A Complete Self-Service Buying Journey
Customers can browse by catalogue, category and brand; use product pages, accounts, wishlists and one-tap reorders; then choose delivery or pickup by state and LGA. The experience is connected to the live stock position rather than a static product brochure.
Agentic Checkout Is Being Built Against Business Data
The next commerce capability lets a shopper describe what they need in ordinary language. The system resolves that request against the catalogue, available stock, price list and prior orders, makes the matches visible and fills a proposed basket.
The Agent Remains Accountable to the Shelf
The goal is not a chat window that guesses. The proposed basket is constrained by the same product, inventory, pricing and customer records the business already uses, so the shopping interface cannot promise an unavailable item.
Cost and Operating Design
Spend Less on Idle Infrastructure.
Reuse the Platform, Isolate the Business
Cueprise and Storefront provide tested commerce and operations primitives. Reusing those foundations shortens delivery and maintenance without turning the client into a tenant of someone else’s database.
A Single Operating Record Avoids Duplicate Work
The same inventory drives the counter and online shop, so availability is not re-entered into separate systems and staff do not have to repair the oversell errors that duplicate catalogues create.
