Past delivery
Savings and investment mobile app
CreditClan
A consumer-finance product delivered with SelCapital, spanning a mobile application, widget, web and USSD customer journeys.

The Challenge
A Delivery Shaped Around the Whole System.
Deliver the savings, investment and lending product across the customer channels people actually use, while connecting onboarding, KYC, product settings and analysis to one operating system.
What We Delivered
Cuesoft delivered the consumer-finance product with SelCapital and CreditClan: mobile application and widget design, onboarding, KYC, credit and submitted-record analysis, notifications, backend settings and channel integration.
Product and Interface Design
Experience Design Is Part of the Delivery.
A Mobile Interface Built for Financial Tasks
Cuesoft created new static mobile-app designs and a dedicated mobile widget in both portrait and landscape layouts. The visual system was designed for the screens people use for finance, rather than adapted as an afterthought from a desktop workflow.
Onboarding and KYC as Product Journeys
The delivery included onboarding, KYC close-out and the customer flows around them. This made eligibility and identity work visible in the product instead of burying the same requirements in an internal process after a user has already tried to continue.
Lender and Borrower Workspaces
The product work covered lender-focused experiences, borrower-side navigation, repayment inputs and mobile refresh behaviour. Financial roles needed distinct next actions, so the interface was treated as a set of role-specific workspaces rather than one generic dashboard.
System Architecture
The Technical Foundation.
One Product Across Four Entry Points
Mobile application, mobile widget, website and USSD all sat inside the delivery scope. The system was designed around the same financial product while meeting people on the channel they were already using.
Configuration Around Real Financial Rules
The backend settings work separated workflow, payment, eligibility, qualified-borrower and decision-engine settings. That gives operations an explicit place to manage product rules instead of leaving them scattered across screens or hidden in code.
Data and Analysis as a First-Class Surface
The platform scope included message analytics, call-record analytics, credit-bureau analysis and analysis of submitted records. Those were designed as explicit product capabilities, not an unstructured export someone had to interpret manually.
Engineering Work
Details That Make the Difference.
Secure Onboarding and Notifications
The implementation covered KYC, email verification and push-notification delivery with OneSignal and Firebase. The notification path included request and borrower notifications across email, SMS and push, keeping customer communication tied to the underlying product state.
Credit and Repayment Workflows
The product backlog and implementation covered loan underwriting, eligibility, qualified borrowers, repayment inputs and repayment testing. Those flows were handled as connected decisions and payment actions, rather than isolated forms that merely collect an amount.
Backend Stability and Testable Data
Backend-stability work sat alongside KYC, product settings and analytics. Cuesoft also tested borrower and lender flows, repayment input options and live-data analysis so the product could be checked against the data and role behaviour it actually supported.
Cost and Operating Design
Spend Less on Idle Infrastructure.
Shared Product Logic Across Channels
By delivering the mobile app, widget, website and USSD work as one product programme, the team avoided treating every entry point as a separate financial platform with duplicated rules, onboarding and customer-state logic.
Settings Before Rebuilds
The backend settings redesign made payment, workflow, eligibility and decision-engine rules explicit. That gives the operating team a route to evolve product rules without making every change a fresh interface or application rebuild.
